A courageous step in the right direction and Divine intervention led me to pick up the phone and call Alison. Hearing her voice, I immediately knew I had made the right decision. She has helped me dig down deep and get to the root of what was destroying my peace. 

Alison asks hard questions gently and compassionately, helping me discern the voice of the lies compared to the voice of the truth. She has helped me to learn self-awareness by looking in the mirror and being honest with myself about my feelings, actions, and decisions and how it has shaped me into who I am today: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Everyone has their path to follow. 

Alison challenges me to grow. She sees me. She met me right where I was in all my brokenness, lifted me, and spoke the truth over the lies I was telling myself. Aligning my life hasn’t been an easy process, but if it was easy, is it growth? Are we willing to do the work? That was the question that stopped me in my tracks. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Today is the day, not tomorrow, or next week, or next year. Time is never convenient in the world we live in today. We must make time because we are worth loving and saving. 

Alison has the tools, the knowledge, and the intuition about people that allows her to coach others into breaking the chains of what is holding them down, providing a clear path and a plan to be able to see the next step in the right direction.

Alison has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. Her direct, compassionate, and action-focused coaching style has blessed me.
